These terms are an agreement between you, the driver or company booking a parking space, and S&S Parking and Storage Solutions, LLC (“L.V”, “we”), which runs the truck and trailer parking yard at 4281 Old McDonough Rd, Conley, GA 30288. By booking a space you accept these terms.

1. Bookings and payment

Bookings are paid online by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The price is shown before you pay. A booking is confirmed only when the payment goes through. While you pay, we hold the space for 30 minutes; if the payment isn't completed in that time, the hold is released.
A booking gives you the right to park one vehicle of the booked type in the assigned space for the booked dates.
Online bookings are by the night, by the week (7 nights) or by the month, for up to 2 months.
When you book you must give: company name, company phone, email, a direct contact person and their phone, the driver's name and phone, USDOT / MC number, truck (or trailer) number, VIN and license plates. A booking with false or missing information may be cancelled without a refund.

2. Long-term parking for fleets

Long-term parking (3 to 12 months) is only for fleets of 3 or more units, under a written agreement with yard management.
It requires the first and last month paid up front. The last-month payment is applied to the last month of the agreement.
Rates are negotiable based on availability, fleet size and the agreement made with yard management.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 12:00 PM on your first day. Check-out is by 12:00 PM on your last day. Times are local time at the yard.

Check-in and check-out times are shown on your booking page.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a booking from your booking page any time before you check in.
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancelling, arriving late, leaving early or not arriving at all does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
If we can't provide the space you paid for, we will offer another space of the same type or refund the amount paid in full.

5. Staying past check-out

A vehicle still in the space after the check-out time is charged the daily rate for each day or part of a day.
Trucks, trailers or vehicles without a current booking or agreement are unauthorized and will be towed at the owner's expense, no exceptions, as allowed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

6. Yard rules

Park only inside the parking area shown on the yard map, backed in.
Landing gear support is required: put pads or boards under your trailer's landing gear (the lot is gravel / millings).
Current insurance and registration are required on ALL equipment and vehicles.
Non-operable vehicles are NOT allowed without consent from yard management.
No unauthorized mechanical work on the lot.
No trashing: don't leave trash, pallets or loose freight on the lot.
No unauthorized trucks, trailers or vehicles. They will be towed at the owner's expense, no exceptions.
Vehicles left past check-out are charged the daily rate.

7. Gate code

The gate code is for your booking only. Don't share it.
We change the code regularly. Your booking page always shows the current code while your booking is active.
Entering the yard without an active, paid booking is trespassing.

8. Your vehicle and our responsibility

You rent a space to park. We don't take possession or custody of your vehicle, trailer or cargo, and we don't keep keys.
The yard is fenced, lit and watched by cameras, but we don't guarantee security. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for theft of, loss of or damage to vehicles, trailers, cargo or personal property.
Current insurance and registration are required on all equipment and vehicles. You are responsible for damage you cause in the yard.
Non-operable vehicles are not allowed without our consent. No unauthorized mechanical work on the lot.
Don't park a vehicle that leaks fuel, oil or coolant. Tell us before booking if you carry hazardous materials.
Cameras record the yard for security. Recordings may be shared with police or insurers.

9. Messages

By booking you agree that we may text and email you about your booking (confirmation, reminders, changes). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
