This policy explains what S&S Parking and Storage Solutions, LLC collects when you use this website or park at our yard, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Booking details: your name, mobile number, email, truck and trailer plates, vehicle type, dates and spot.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount; we never see or store your card number.
Technical data: IP address and browser information, used to keep the site secure and stop automated bookings.
Camera recordings of the yard, gate and vehicles.

Why we use it

To take and manage your booking, let you through the gate and match your vehicle to its spot.
To text and email you about your booking. Reply STOP to stop texts.
To keep the yard and the website secure, and to deal with incidents, claims and legal requests.
To keep the records required for accounting and tax.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that run the booking for us:

Stripe (payments)
Twilio (text messages) and Resend (email)
Cloudflare (bot protection on the booking form)
Our website host and database provider

We may also share information with police, insurers or courts when the law requires it or to protect people and property.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: as long as needed for accounting and tax, usually up to 7 years. Camera recordings: [30] days unless needed for an incident.

Your choices
